What are at least three benefits of using social media to improve business performance?

There are many benefits of using social media for a business. It helps the business to grow and let a lot of people on the social network know about the brand or business. As there it no boundary on the social network, so the benefits are great. Main benefits of this are:

1) Interaction with the consumers/customers: The social media is a great platform for the business to communicate anything to the customers. Such that the company/business earn reputation of being customer friendly and interactive.

Also, complaints and issues can be addressed with the help of the social network and a platform to communicate with the customers is built. It also allows the business to know what the customers are thinking about the company, what are their expectations regarding their service/product.

2) Gaining more customers : The business also gains more customers on the social media platform. Reasons are the above which are mentioned. Also, when other users see the business building up it's reputation and building a relationship with customers, and responding to the customer queries and is active on the social network. We can gain the user's trust and then we can make him our customer.

3) Reputation of the brand : The reputation of the brand is built on the social network as the customers find it to be good if the business/brand communicates directly with the customer over the social media. Gradually, more and more customers will want to experience this and thus the company reputation will grow.
