One web 2.0 tool that I found to be most useful is YouTube.

YouTube is an online video content streaming service that caters to people in all facet of life. It is as good a sevice for recreation and entertainment as it is for teaching and professional education.

YouTube has the most number of content creators and is a vital tool for professionals to improve on their skills and learn a few new tricks too.

To improve my LinkedIn profile I would start by creating a custom url where interested prospects can connect with me easily. I would rework my summary and get a better and more. Descriptive, yet, concise title and would keep adding onto my skills and increase my chances of favorability. I'll also mention my track record upfront because it is always all about the numbers.

To maintain a positive and professional profile I would showcase my career, keep my profile harmonious and spam free, get a good profile picture and won't publically indulge in a fued or political debate and will not make any outrageous. Claims.

The advice I would give to manage his/her online image is that presentation is the key to everything. You might have the greatest numbers but if you don't present them effeciently it wouldn't amount to much. Also, I would advice to keep the profile spam free or have favourability towards a particular religion or a way of life. Stand out but not too much.
