Similar to earlier discussions, begin by making your first post to this discussion with an audio response. Like before, produce a well-rehearsed, clear and concise audio response. Practice your recording several times until you produce a 90-second response to the following prompt. Describe how you currently manage your stress, and discuss two of the stressors you currently experience in detail. Explanation / Answer

I manage my stress thinking about what next and what can I do to make the situation better in the time. I start thinking of solutions to the issue in hand and if it is not under my control then I make my peice with it.

Later on, when the situation is over, I try to analyse what could I have done better and how to be more prepared.

Current Stressors:

1. Overall Fitness: I have made my peace with the fact that my food situation is not going to improve. So I work on not eating junk and try to eat more natural and less processed food. Also, I try to workout as much as possible with the whole idea of keeping my body active.

2. Being unproductive and not learning fast: I unsubscribed from email newsletters which we adding less value and just too time utilization. I unistalled Instagram and started shifting towards Reddit which is more mentally stimulating.
