Agnostics are in a position of a disbelief in a god not a knowledge. An atheist is in denial of any gods or spiritual beings. They reject all forms of theism and have an absence of believes in any gods or deities. Common theisms are Christianity, Islam, Judaism. Theism, the belief of one or more god as a creator and ruler of the universe without the rejection of revelation. They believe that a god or many gods created the universe and everything in it. They also believe that praying to their god can help change the outcome in our life and in an afterlife beyond our life. The core believes for an agnostic it that they believe that is impossible to for certain if a god or gods exist. Some agnostics believe it is not important to know. An atheist’s core belief is that a god or any god does not exist. The separation of church and state on the declaration means that’s it is describing an institutional separation more so than a strict separation. It is stating that the church and the state in American society were not functionally related to one another. (Davis, 2017) A reason this was done was to avoid unfair treatment to others who do not have the same beliefs. The agnostic religion helps to provide a positive balance of religion because they are not saying a god can not or does not exist but that there is not enough proof to know without a doubt that there is or is not a god. The agnostic creates a balance by being in the middle. They create a middle or natural ground for religion. They are not for either theism nor for atheism.

The world constitutes a variety of religions across the world. Each religion has a culture and belief system associated to it. When people from various religions form a group, it encourages diversity, which is nothing but the characteristic of mixed manpower that provides a wide array of experiences, abilities, strengths, thought processes and knowledge. This range is due to the difference in their religion, culture as well as value system.
The benefits of having such heterogeneous groups with people from various religions, in the society, are:
People usually get inspired from some doctrines and embrace it over their own doctrines and scriptures. This is so because they get enlightened by the varying levels of ideologies followed by the different sects and embrace them based on the feasibility and relevance in their personal and professional lives.
