Please perform the following:
[1] Survey three people who use various Internet Service Providers (ISPs), like Comcast Internet, Verizon FIOS, etc. Ask the following questions to determine their level of satisfaction:
(a) How satisfied are you with the speed of your connection?
(b) Was the connection easy to set up?
(c) Have you ever had to contact technical support or billing services? Did you contact them by telephone or E-mail? Was your problem answered promptly and solved to your satisfaction?
(d) Have you had any billing problems? How much effort did it take to resolve them?
(e) With what aspects of your ISP are you most satisfied? Least satisfied?
[2] Compare the results. Determine where ISP users seem to have the most problems and where they have the best experiences.
[3] Summarize whether these users are satisfied with their ISPs overall or would prefer to change to another ISP.
[4] Write a paragraph analyzing which ISP seems to give the best customer service and satisfaction based on your small survey.

[1] Survey three people who use various Internet Service Providers (ISPs), like Comcast Internet, Verizon FIOS, etc. Ask the following questions to determine their level of satisfaction:
(a) How satisfied are you with the speed of your connection?
Comcast - Connection speed is best(3.98 mbps) between all the ISPs operating in the US. So very satisfied.
Verizon - FiOS - Connection speed is great(3.89 mbps) and very satisfied as a customer.
AT&T - U-verse - Connection speed is good (3.82) and a satisfied customer.
(b) Was the connection easy to set up?
Comcast - Connection is Cable connection and was very easy to set up.
Verizon - FiOS - Connection is Fiber connection and is relatively easy to setup.
AT&T - U-verse - Connection is Fiber connection and is easy to setup.
(c) Have you ever had to contact technical support or billing services? Did you contact them by telephone or E-mail? Was your problem answered promptly and solved to your satisfaction?
Comcast - No problem till now with billing services. Technical support is great.
Verizon - FiOS - No problem till now with technical support or billing services.
AT&T - U-verse - Billing services are ok. Technical services are good. Contacted via telephone and this solved my problem with their response.
(d) Have you had any billing problems? How much effort did it take to resolve them?
Comcast - No billing problems.
Verizon - FiOS - Some postpaid billing problems on adjusting the internet usage was there. It was resolved in the next cycle.
AT&T - U-verse - No billing problems till now.
