Explanation / Answer
If you have any problems, let me know in the comments and i will try to solve them.
These are troubled time for corporations indeed. People are readily believing the negative aspects and information about a company which gets them in a tough spot to be in. This is why the companies need to be familiar with the different rules, policies and laws and be educated in the matter of ethics and morality.
All the companies come under and follow laws, be it jurisdictional or corporate. These laws need to be understood and followed otherwise it could be a potential problem in the current day and age. The structure of the company needs to be built for these laws and their planning should involve the consideration of these laws.
A company should be viewed positively in the eyes of the people and there should be a clear distinction as to what value does the company provide to the people other than its goods and services. Therefore a company needs to uphold their social responsibility. For example a company can engage in charity to improve its image in the eye of people, but, if an employee or a figure of authority is caught embezzling the said fund for his own gains then this would affect the company badly in return.
An organisation needs to govern their working principles and dealings and against a set of guidelines and rules that are clearly laid out in the structure of the company. Business’ should not be only about the company benefiting from their dealings but the customers and even employee being benefited from the company's dealings too. It is also a company’s duty to never indulge in trickery, cheat the people and uphold ethical standards set by our system.
Hope this helps...
