The staff includes a Management team (17 people total - 7 on day shift, 5 each on evening and night shifts). Additionally, you need to train the employee which are 6800 total hourly employees on all three shifts. The training is on the new procedures and the new system.

If i am a manager of Account receivable Unit . Under my guidance 17 members of management staff and employees are trained about new method of billing system. say i will train them about Telly or ERP accounting for a month. In total it takes 6800 total hourly empoyees. that means i need to take 3 hours classes for a month for each shifts day, evening and night.

The steps to take to initiate the training are:

1. Preparation of the trainee: stating the importance of the job and relationship of work flow.

2. Create an interest and encourage learner to speak what they already knows about the job.

3. familarizing the learner with equipments, materials, tools and terms..

4. Trainees are asked to do the job several times and mistakes are corrected. instruction shouldbe given clearly, patienfully and focus on key pointsat a time.

The methods used to give knowledge about Account receivable methods are:

1. On the job training: The learner would get to know the actual conditio or situation when he works in the real environment with actual tools.

2. Job instruction training: it gives step by step instructions and immidiate feedback on results, quick correction of errors .Like opening of Software, selecting of version, selecting of the account for ledger etc.

3. Apprenticeship: This is useful for technical training on tools and how to use software.

4. Lecturers: It is useful for large group which suggest principles, rules, problem solving abilities by audio visual aids , case studies, role play, discussions etc.

5..Case discussion: analysizing the real business accounting situation. It promotes analytical skills, aware of obscurities, contradictions and uncertainities etc.
