Net neutrality basically says that everyone should have equal access to all the websites and services on the internet without any bias to a particular website or source.

Communication channels are supposed to allocate the same bandwidth on all sites and not give a bias to any particular website. No blocking of access is allowed.

Internet services like Google should display results unbiased on source or website, but on the pure relevance to the user based on the search query.

ISPs cannot block access to such sites and cannot charge extra or have a different plan to access particular sites.

Us users should not receive biased content on using web services and should receive websites ranked on their merit.

Net neutrality makes all internet services and ISP providers equally accessible without any bias.
