The problem is with the video/graphic card. During the boot, the system may be using graphic card as primary display.

After inserting os disk, at step WOULD YOU LIKE TO INSTALL WINDOWS there is option of disk partition, in which we can make disc partition.

The problem is with the host machine. Assigning 4 gb to two virtual machines means 4+4= 8gb of ram is consumed by vm's. The host have only 2 gb so it will make very slow.
