Explanation / Answer
Motivation in workplace at IBM. It is always seen that many team which do not have project to handle sits ideal in the company. The company has huge potential and capabilities and has shown success repetitively in profit. However, If the human resource team and concerned leaders show little more interest in employees engagement and motivating them like how Google or amazon does than the same employee can be more productive.
The organization was facing the attitude problem of employees at workplace as they tend to be less focused in their work.
The organization’s performance in the areas i decided to focus on is human resource management and that they should get more into the employees concern and try more to understand their issue apart from monetary concerns like organize seminars events etc.
