Self-walking robot is a system robot which finds its way accordingly with respect to the environment.It automatically detects and crosses barriers that it faces in its way.It consist of wheels and motors with a lot of sensors which work together for making the robot move and guide itself, it has an brilliant AI by which it can handle and follow any path on a normal situation.It also comprises of m=lots of software code which actually reads the environment data and give instructions to the robot.

Performance measures -
Safe - As the robot will be able to walk and reach to those places where humans cannot reach, so they are safe in using rather than sending actual humans.
Precise - The overall procedure of path detection and moving is done by using cameras and various sensors, so each move is very precise.
Environment -
Space researches, Drones, Artificially intelligent robotics, Vehicles based on automation.
Actuator -
Automatic turning - The robot will automatically move and turn and will be controlled by motors and sensors.
Measuring - The robot will not only traverse the path but will also keep record of each and every distance and special thing.
Analyzing - The robot will be fully accustomed in the environment and then will analyze the environment and give instructions accordingly.
Sensors -
Cameras will be responsible for seeing things like humans,
Engine will provide the power,
Sonar for tracking objects nearby,
GPS for navigation,
Accelerometer for controlling speed,
Motion Detectors for detecting motions.
