He wants us to be able to edit it and then place 6 user created stories within our page(kind of need an idea there too). From this template..could any of you please help me with the set up of it to fully get a better understanding of it? Like can comment out what is this and that? Thank you

I was not able to open your drive link since it is restricted one i have sent request for permission on that link . once you permitted for me to open that link i can go through your tepmlate. and my suggestion for this is create a google form and take the different users stories by sharing that form link by sharing that with different users users will enter their stories and submits. that submission will come to you.
