To record, a macro

go to the View tab and select the record macro option then follow the step 2 for worksheet 2, after record macro stops it and save the workbook and then Run the recorded macro for sheet3 and sheet4 and check the print preview.

to edit a macro, press alt+F8 or go to the view tab and select edit option and edit macro according to the requirements.
