1. Small team has more strength - Small teams has more strength.Each team had the competence and authority to make the decisions necessary to complete the entire product development cycle, including the quality of the software, the functionality.
2. Small Teams move faster - We dont have to waste time waiting for each team to begin with developments. We can build consensus faster as we have fewer team meembers so less arguments and cross questioning.
3. Small teams can become more specialized - Team members can share each others task in the project and hence they can cross skill themselves. They get a chance to understand various technologies over the duration of the project.
