2. Jimmy Ryan is a nonunion employee. As a condition of his employment with Sun Aerospace, he is required to pay union dues. Ryan claims Sun Aerospace does not have the right to assess the collective bargaining unit’s service fee. Do you believe Ryan’s assessment is correct?
3. Tanya Gilbert and 12 of her co-workers were terminated by Asteroid Enterprises after signing union authorization forms. They claim that Asteroid’s action was antiunion and thus constituted an unfair labor practice. How would you advise Gilbert to proceed?

The above mentioned cases is related to violation of agreement which was made between the unions on the ground of collective bargaining. Let us understand that term of collective bargaining. It is a process where employees and the union both agree on the some mutual agreed terms and conditions of management of company. Here the employee is asking for change for time due to some personal obligations. Changes should not be allowed because it will be a violation of collective bargaining of the company. Another effect will be that there will be a negative message to all the employees. They will also ask for some changes due to personal reasons. There should be quality in the company. The Uranus should ask Steven to come for job at the agreed time or talk with the union leaders. If reason comes genuine in the leader’s point of view then they can have words with company's manager. The another alternative is that Friday prayers can be arranged within the organizational promises
