Can anyone please help me with writing a function in matlab which, given a target vector, returns the Hermitian outer product?

Im currently working on SAR images, and the Hermitian outer product is given by the 3x3 matrix: CL=[|Shh|^2 ShhSx ShhSvv, SxShh |Sx|^2 SxSvv^2, SvvShh SvvSx |Svv|^2] Here

Here S is the scattering coefficient and hhhh,vvvv,hvhv,vhvh are the vertical and horiontal linear polarization to the surface plane.

Anyway, this was just a litle insight insight in what Im wotking on. I just need a matlab function which, given a target vector, returns the Hermitian outer product.
