Explanation / Answer
Answer)
Agile development model or Agile process teams are the most appropriate team approach for todays’ software development projects. Agile provides much more flexibility than other models by changing the project requirements as they occur in the sprint or projects through time.
The Agile model divides the development into different sprints and is quite flexible.
In Agile model, there are many small projects which are considered parts of a bigger project.
Waterfall model does not include the participation of customers and their feedback in the development phase while Agile does include that.
Agile method or process includes the participation of customers and their feedback in the development phase.
In Agile we develop and test the individual modules concurrently with the testing, thus this gives out error and other things, so that we can correct and test concurrently with newer requirements.
The situations in which the development team works as well as the types of projects they work on in projects requires all the properties of the Agile process Model as it provides a lot more benefits than the traditional or even other modern software development processes. The advantages of Agile development and process models clearly identify the reasons why the approach is the most suitable one among others.
