when the sitch is closed current suddenly flows through the switch which produces magneitc filed. so, magnetic flux changes in primary coil.so, nagnetic flux through the secondaru coil also changes. Then induced current flows through the secondary coil. after switch is closed a constant current flows. which produces a constant magneticx filed. so, there is no chnage in magnetic flux in primary or secondary coils. in this case there is no induced current in secondary coil.
when the switch is opened suddnly the current in the primary coil becomes zero.so, magnetic decreases in pramary and secondary coils.so, induced current flows in opposite direction in the secondary coil.
