Assume that you are in charge of recruiting for HRM. You have been given the assignment of locating 100 temporary computer assemblers. These workers will be needed for a maximum of 30 days and they must begin work within the next five days. There is a shortage of workers in the area who have this skill. How would you begin the search for such employees? Would you pay more for skilled labor, even if it meant reducing profit margins? Would you hire unskilled labor and hastily assemble a training class?

As stated there is a shortage of the workers in our area hence availability of operational capabilities would be relatively less. As there is no specific location nearby to get 100 computer assemblers, hiring unskilled workers and providing and extensive training program for assembling a computer would be the most appropriate way of implementation a solution.
For searching bank employees local service providers as well as listing over the internet would be done by me as it would provide extensive reach to the overall serviceability of my organisation. As per the response, looking at other factors such as application of flyers and advertisement in traditional medium such as newspaper good also be an appropriate approach for finding the employees at the local region. This type of approach would incrementally influence the potential workers.
As the process is directly and streamlined way of structured operation, paying skilled workers more than the unskilled labor would not be appropriate. Availability of different factors such as implementation of internet listing for finding an employee would also be a better approach. Filing login workers would also be an appropriate part of hiding program as availability of the labour would be easy and cost of transportation can also be saved. This type of approach would also enable the organisation to create better impact by hiring local workers and create an impact on the community as well. As finding skilled workers can take huge amount of time, looking at the local markets as well as hiring different service provision companies would also be an appropriate method of mitigation or implementation of a solution for this is specific problem undefined

I would definitely hire unskilled workers from the local region as availability of assemblers would require proper availability of transportation as well as each of availability of the employees in the specific region. Creating a new training program for training unskilled labour just for assembling the computers would be the most appropriate way of increasing the overall sales as well as generating better revenues. As unskilled labour would be available for lesser prices as compared to the skilled labour, availability of different options for creating a strong training program and training these unskilled labour for assembling the computers is relatively very good.

This type of approach would not only save cost in Operation but also save the time required to find the specific computer assemblers. As there is only 30 days available for the job for all of the computer assemblers, directly hiring unskilled labour and creating a strong training program would be the most appropriate way of implementing such a specific type of guidelines for implementation of a strong training program.
