Capaciatcnein parallel is given by C = C1+C2

so here

C3 and C4 are is parallel , C' = 2+2 = 4uF

this 4 uF is in parallel with 2uF so C'' = 2+4 = 6uF

finnaly 6uF is in series with c1,

s0 Cnet = 2*6/(2+6) = 1.5 uF


b. apply charge Q = CV

Q = 1.5 * 5 = 7.5 uC
