2) Chain of command is an organization is an company hierarchy of an authority which shows relationship from the bottom to top of an organization.

Authority:- Authority can be done by the chain of command.whcih shows that chain of command plays an important role in authority.

3)If the organization has centralised authority which means decision making power in the hand of concentrated group of people.

Advantage of centralised authority are:-

* Top level decision done by a concentrated group of most talented people .

* Fast execution of decIsion and time consuming.

* Biggest disadvantage of centralised authority is misuse because of their personal judgement.

* Unsuitable for large organization because of the branch in different locations so it take too much time for the top leader for decision making.
