As most of the activities that will follow are related to the requirements that were collected and formalized, we can say that any imprecision that takes place during this process can lead to problems down the road to developing the system. In relation to this, answer the following questions:

Explanation / Answer

Requirements need to be accurate and complete. This can be acheived with first
of all gathering all the details correctly. The most important part of
requirement gathering is not just gathering the information literally but
the intentions of the customer needs to be understoods.Many times customers
themselves are not very clear about cretain requirements so such sections need
to be mutually agreed.Once requirements are gathered , they are converted into
software requirement specifications and this is the part which shoule be mutually
agreed and understood between the customer and the developers.Besides that there
are many non functuinal requirements which have a considerable impact on the
functiuonal requirements. These non functional requiremenst should be considered
appropriatly and discussed so as to set the expectations correctly.

In case of incorrect requirementes they need to be addressed immediatly , the
only point is how much serious they are as depneding on the phase of the project
that , the cost of correcting them will be different also it depend upon the
solution also , if the solution is simple and and not very complex then it can be taken up immediatly, the best approach will be to communicte to the client
and take a mutuable aggreeable decision.

Part B

The JAD sessions may lead to unexoected outcomes if they are not handled properly.The people participating are from different gtroup, hierarchies and
levels so it is not easy to manage such a diverse group and lead to the
amicable solution. The best approach should be that some general guidelines
should be agreed upon before the start of the discussion, the moderator has
a very high responsibility for such meetings. He or she should be alert enough
to see the signs of where the disucussion is headding and should immediatly
interven positivly to stop the group digressing from the toptc.Also small breaks
will be usefule and each of such break it is good to summarise all the points
and get an agreement from all participants about the progress of the meeting
and how to take up the unfinished items
