1. 0.75 as FTE-equivalency hr translates to

No of hours/week =0.75*40

=30 hours

Number of hours/month/employee =30*4=120 hours

Number of FTE staff=4

Total number of hours/month=number of FTE staff* no of hours/month/employee

=4*120=480 hours

Average Productivity=Total Output/Total Input

=Net Revenue/Total number of hours

=20800/480

=$ 43.33 per hour of work

2.Number of hours per week using 1.15 FTE =1.15*40

=46 hours
