1. In order to understand the need of the team in order to motivate them in the best possible capacity, we need to make use of Maslow's hierarchy of need-based motivators. It is the need of the individuals. This, combined with theories such as hygiene theory as well as theory Y would be a good match in order to motivate the team to the best of our capacity. This is due to the fact that first and foremost, Maslow’s needs based theory would allow us to understand the fundamental need of the individuals and therefore, we can create the best possible execution for the creation of a successful plan. Hygiene theory would work in the same regards as it also describes another need for the individuals to stay motivated Theory Y would allow us to cater to the need of providing the best possible environment for the employees making them feel like a better part of the organization in order to create the factor of motivation.

2. The theories would work in conjunction to allow us to follow the best possible path which we can use in order to appeal to the factor of needs, which needs are more important as well as create the value which can be followed to achieve the best possible result.

3. First,m there needs to be the assessment of the team in question. There are a number of other factors which could be creating the problem of not having the required motivation. Based on the dynamics of the situation, factors such as individual characteristics would be more useful in order to make the decisions regarding a solution to the proper capacity.
