Question

I have a new MAC OS X, and Im trying to reinstall the whole system, but when it’s reach to the the Apple ID and password. An error shows saying “ This item is temporally unavailable , please try again later

Solutions I used:

1_ On reinstallation of OS X , The error "This item is Temporary Unvailable " is getting because the Apple ID you are using to login is not linked to the Apple OS on your computer . To solve this problem follow the steps :

·       Click on the choice GET HELP ONLINE on screen

·       Then safari opens up on clicking

·       Next Go to iCloud and sign in with Apple ID you were trying to login with

·       After sign in install the OS X , and Use the same Apple ID that was used signin on iCloud.

2_ The problem was that the old Mac did not have its date set correctly.

1.     Hold Option (ALT) + Command + R at Mac startup to start internet recovery

2.     Going into Utilities > Terminal starts the recovery terminal

3.     Run date mmddHHMMyy - this solves the problem (date must be in PST!)

4.     Run csrutil enable

5.     Run csrutil clear

6.     Exit the recovery terminal and continue OS X installation normally.

Number 4 & 5 shows error

Not of these solution was approval.
