6(b):- The relation mentioned in the question shapes in 1NF having no duplicate rows and every cell consist of single item of knowledge. The Attributes are not only dependent on primary keys values that's why the given relation can not be in 2NF or 3NF.
For Example:- COURSE_TITLE is dependent on COURSE_ID but does not keep faith on STUDENT_ID. Similarly INSTR_NAME, INSTR_LOCATION, and GRADE are not dependent on any primary keys values so these can be constituted into 3NF.
