Here value of CS/DS are given. Also memory access instruction is at address 2000h that means instruction pointer (IP) has value 2000h. Thus PA can be calculated as below:

Physical address of the memory acces instruction is: 10h*5000h+2000h = 52000h

Now logical address i.e. C120h so PA for operand can be calculated as below:

Physicall address of memory operand is: 10h*400h+C120h = 10120h
