You work at a help desk and have just received a call from an employee who says she can't access network resources. You want the employee to view her IP address configuration. Write an e-mail to the employee, explaining what command-line program to use and how she can use it to find the information you need. After following your instructions, the employee tells you that her IP address is 169.254.14.11 with the subnet mask 255.255.0.0. What conclusion can you make from this information? This is a 2-part answer. The first will be formatted like an email. The second part is the conclusion.

   As far as your problem is concerned i am here to help you with your problem please do the following command on your computer to get some basic information to solution of your problem.

1) press windowbutton + R in from your keyboard
2) you will see the run dialog
3) type command in command window
   ipconfig /all
4) take a snapshot of the command prompt windows in which you get the output of above command
    for taking screenshot press PrtScr button on your keyboard beside somewhere in delete button
   and then go to run dialog (as you have run cmd there) type mspaint you will open a paint software
   now press cltr+v it will paste the screen capture and save that image and mail to us.

This means that TCP/IP is configured for automatic configuration, that no DHCP server was found, and that no alternative configuration is specified. This configuration has no default gateway for the interface.
