IS/IT stratergy is needed to show the planning document with information about how information systems and technology can be used for organizations overall business strategy.
Some examples of IS/IT for innovation are as follows:
1) Developing an independent internal IT strategy
2) To provide on-going and ad-hoc strategy for review
3) Innovation Leadership
4) By providing review for global companies and advice about evidents.
Some of the factors which are successful are multi vendors solutions welcome, client can review and create their own strategy.
The impact to the organization or an individual or management can be high as its objective is to outline the organizational strategies which helps to prioritize the business and helps to drive the business towards growth.
