Solution: - Interview is the first and foremost important round which a candidate should successfully pass in order to get hired. So, before going to face an interview a candidate must have some knowledge on how to prepare for an interview. These DO’s and DON’Ts are the sole way that needs to be followed in order to get selected.

Point I want to replace and why

Yeah, I agree with all the points present in the given website except for one point i.e. “Take the Time to Say Thank You After the Interview” It’s obvious that an interviewee has that much of dignity to say a Thank you while leaving followed by “Have a nice day”. This is the basic ethics of every person to be polite and respectful to others.

The newly replaced Point and its importance

Instead of that I would like to add this point to the list which can be a helpful one according to my perspective is that “Answer straight to the point”. This is actually really important that the interviewee must answer that much only what the interviewer is looking for. Exaggerating the answer without any proper base can be a huge disadvantage to the candidate. In case you don’t know the answer just say “I am afraid as I cannot recall the answer at this point of time”. It’s not possible to remember everything in that tense situation. Being truthful and straight to point can really save your day. Whatever you know just stick to that don’t try to become over smart it can be dangerous.
