Question

Your university uses an online scheduling system to book an appointment with an advisor. As a student, you can log into the system, choose your advisor (if there is more than one choice) and then choose a day and time that meets your needs. The system places the appointment on both your calendar and the advisor's calendar. The advisor's calendar is available for editing, revising, viewing appointments by both the advisor and administrative support staff. Reports can be generated to show historical appointment data (trends, peak times, etc.).
