In our readings this week, we learned about the need to adopt. In addition, review this one-page BU article on Diffusion of Innovation Theory.
You have been assigned "Jharna Software: The Move To Agile Methods" case study. Please present as though you were writing an independent consultant's report to Jharna Software and evaluate the full benefits and challenges of adopting the agile approach for Jharna software.

Explanation / Answer
Some main cultural differences that er face in managing global teams are as follows.
Traditions
Different teams have different traditions as well as their basic requirements are different. As each country have their own traditions or can have multiple tradition system. These traditions have their own teaching and have their own impact on the society.
Traditional plays an important role in differentiation of human as edition can be different from country to country and traditional differences creates a diverse environment between two teams.
Socio-economic conditions
Social economical conditions differ from one country to another. In some teams this specific factor is rated very high and in some teams these factors are not even considered. This specific social economical differences create a difference between two teams and they also a very major reason for teams to be different based on their culture and their overall environment.
Stereotypes
Different stereotypes cultures and traditions are in every country. Stereotyping creates a barrier between two different cultures hence it plays an important role between two teams for being different. Different teams has different stereotype standards which makes them unique and becomes a reason for a cultural difference between two teams.
Specific differences are somehow good for the world because creating a diverse culture is better than having a monotonous culture.
These cultures create differences between two teams which increases the overall competition between the teams resulting the enhance productivity as well as new innovations. By having different thoughts over different cultures we can easily gather around and learn about the cultural diversity to be produced in a workplace or an organisation.
P.S.- Please leave a comment if you need an explanation.
Designing a physical data model on the basis of the agile methodology can be easier than building it on a traditional methodology. Building a physical data model needs extreme analysis of the previous data available for analysis as well as it also requires reverse engineering for building the same data model. As Agile teams are very functional, level of work is reduced and also the complexity is also divided evenly into the team according to the speciality of the team members. In the agile methodology application of the specific job is provided to the team members for building a better effective physical data model. It provides a better availability of the problem solving as well as reverse engineering which is needed for building the physical data model.
I totally agree with the specific situation that the physical data model build should not be thrown out very quickly. This specific creation last for a longer time and provide the better support to the organisation by analysing the overall physical data which is pre feeded into the model. The specific type of model also supports the organisations basic structure by analysing the errors and different type of partitions by maintaining a balance between artefacts table, performance goals as well as different indexes by Linking them all together and providing a specific base. This specific analysis model can be modified by entering different data at different times which would be very beneficial for an organisation to reduce the overall cost. Application of the physical data model into database management system for an organisation one can improve the efficiency and productivity of the organisation. Hence not throwing out the physical data model really soon is a good decision for data model build on the Agile methodology.
