Explanation / Answer
Recently I was involved in creation of a training program for the FM station I work for. The main people involved in creating the training session was the training manager and experience manager of our organisation who was responsible for designing and carrying out the specific training program. As they have extensive level of experience in the same field of creating training sessions for FM organisations. Our team decided to reach the goal in 2 months as well as it also decided to create training program which could be used across different stations with the same parent company. We have to design the training program for three departments for improving our code of conduct and code of operation inside the organisation to provide extensive cultural knowledge. Training manager was given the role of the main person in the team who was instructing each and every other person inside the team to maintain such a specific training program. Establishment of norms as well as standards was totally based on the code of conduct that had to be implemented into organisation. Mainly hand of the training program was accountable for each and everything being processed but the employees were equally instructed to perform in the specific training program. Our team evolve very strongly in each and every segment. Where formation of the team was relatively very easy, norming the team was relatively tough and implementing the guidelines did had some reluctance as some of the employees inside your organisation were reluctant to the whole training process. Buy consistently brainstorming the possible ideas and outcomes of the situation of the training program is done overall implementation of the training program was easily done and the level of training was also positively increased. Our meeting discussed everything from initial response to the final response for the maintenance of better implementation of the strategies as well as with fine tuning required to comply with the standards of operation for the organisation. Our meetings allowed us to discuss is the specific situation in a positive manner and by using different brainstorming techniques to increase the availability of option opportunities. Each and every team member perform exceptionally as the rules given to the team members were very clear and formation of the training program was relatively easier than expected. As per the clear guidelines and implementation of a very strong code of conduct in the organisation overall effectiveness of the specific training program was very widely increased giving it more reliable conditions to be implemented into the organisation and to create a better impact on overall availability of opportunities for such specific development of for the training processes. Difference of opinion was dedicated by using a centralised approach of operation. Ideas were submitted to the leader of the training program and Lita best idea was decided by the leader this type of approach reduced the effect of biasness as availability of a leader based selection for the ideas created a positive impact on the overall operation capabilities and improve their availability of operational capabilities for creating a more impactive training program. Increasing the level of communication in the team would be the most appropriate and only required physician I would give to the team. As the level of communication was not adequately implemented in to the team sometimes communication gap was taking place in the specific team where availability of opportunities for the team was degrees as well as the efficiency of the team was also compromised at many sections.Related Questions
