This is in regards to the Annual Management Meet to happen over the weekend. I would like to bring to your notice that the venue so chosen for the meet is not conducive for people like me with limiting physical impairments. There are many in the team who will not be able to actively participate in case the venue remains the same.

Acknowledging the importance of the event and the greater purpose it serves, we would be happy if an alternative venue is chosen or the itenary is slightly modified so that we can also be an integral part of the proceedings.
