Summary is all about :launching digital platform and hurdels , challenges comes in way of its success .basic platforms were which connected buyers and sellers on shopping platforms .may it be hotels or any booking facility .there are many challenges like who will use or number of customers would increase or not , what if they did not liked feature of launched platform eg. skypee and then connecting that platform with services like adervertising other social platforms and supporting each other to grow .and if any platform was built by keeping in mind stand alone feature then issue of not having large audience was solved but again for single user high cost was spent for softwares and services .so solution to all hurdles is to target right audience with niche content,building small social groups would add audience to one's digital platform,giving good free services intially would help in attracting large audience.or make them addict of using such platform for .eg. if some one's business is spreading on some platform they will surely pay to be part of that platform .
cloud computing technology can be used which provide various services like software as a service in which users don't need to instal any software just can access it on platform freely.it will save cost & time both .
