Project Performance :- Objective / Goal is to build a restaurant. This would include project planning & design; project scheduling and execution; project review and guidlines; project budgeting and finance and project support that includes Human resource planning; Communication plan and Risk Management Plan.

Project Goal : The Goal is successfully achieved. We are assuming that the project is accomplished.

Criticism : The Project has to be very critically analysed during the planning, design and scheduling, execution stage as there are chances that the project falls short of the actual plan. Every project must be seen as an opportunity to impliment the best practices and manpower to deliver the best desired results.

Administrative Performance :- The work of the admistrative team is to supervise and provide with the best available resources to the project team so the smooth execution of the project. Project appraisal and review by the admistrative team will ensure that the project is being executed as per the schedule time and within the budget and resources.

The most common Drawback is the coordination of the administration team with the project execution team.

Organization Structure :- The structure of the organization is divided into smaller teams to execute the project with speed and precision. These teams may be as the admistrative team, project planning team, execution team, project sopport team.

Team Performance :- The most important aspect of teams is to have the best coordination amoungst the team. The teams performance is totally dependent on the coordination of the teams. Communication within the teams and cross teams is a very critical aspect to deliver the best performance.

Techniques of Project Management :- In a resturant, Customer experience is part of the project. This project has the Goal of delivering the best customer experience and service. This would include the layout, design, ambience, seating arrangements, lighting... along with the food served to the customer.

The admistrative team has to choose the best suited person for the suitable job. this is the first important aspect. Secondly, the team members have to be briefed about the project and they should be well trained as per the needs of the project.

The teams are build by selecting the right candidate for the right job, time bound training, cross communication between teams and proper reporting and review system. These are necessary elements to build strong and effective teams.

The project team must also ensure that the completed project needs to be handed over very carefully to the next team that have the responsibility to take the project further. On completion of the first phase, the project team has to handover the resturant to the operations team, who have the responsibility to execute the project further to delive customer satisfaction and delight.
