2. I would like to market it in Japan. This is a country which is highly, developed, infrastructure and medical services are upto the mark, socio economic conditions are good.

There are rich individuals and Japan being a developed country people are aware of the latest developments and the latest gadgets. There will be companies who manufacture and market latest products.
A new digital meter to check heart beat and sugar levels will be well accepted in the country. Japanese people are aware of their health and well being, hence there is good chance that the product will sell in the Japanese market.
Tourists, the normal Japanese who are not extremely poor will find the product attractive.
4. The product could be manufactured in Japan itself since Japan's major export includes automobiles and consumer electronics. Manufacturing inside the country would also save the import cost.
