·         Enable Consumer brands to create a superior presence

·         Provide access to intimate brand experiences to the customers within the retail store

· Become destinations and increase foot traffic Specialty shops can act as “pop ups” and create excitement around a product or brand

·         Test out a brick and mortar space with a “shop in shop” experience for the online retailers

To achieve this objective we need an advisory team of no more than 8 professionals who has varied experience in this retail domain, and can contribute to formulate this strategy. Professionals are expected a min of 5 years of Retail experience, has a good understanding of the local business climate, and thorough knowledge of the local retail competition. In addition, the best candidate should be good in using virtual meeting technologies. Considering the responsibilities and scope of work, the advisory board members has been restricted to 8 for ease of action, quick decision making and follow up. These members will be churned again for the next half yearly cycle to define next level of competitive strategy.
