1. The number of haealthcare services on today are almost tripled than the available services in 1980s. The man power required to accomplish all these tasks were increased now when compares to past. The kind of services, the depth of services, the requirements of patents, etc were drastically increased in the last 40 years. The next one is, retaining the people with the organization, because, many of the new players in this segment offering higher packages and attracting the people to join with them. It leads to more employee turnover in healthcare sector, and many problems created to the running carefirms.
