Supply chain is the integrated process in the sense of internal factors which involved different departments such as production, sale or distribution and external factors such as suppliers. The goal of delivering the product or service to ultimate customers revolves around how the supply chain department works. Therefore, this process must be streamlined keeping in mind the target market and target consumers and an effective and efficient way of delivery of goods and services. Some people outsource the supply chain to new company which include warehousing facility, picking of goods from factory and delivering of the same to ultimate consumers.

Collaboration is beneficial in the sense when the company collaborate in vertical sector and both work in their competitive advantage. Cost is minimized, and efforts are reduced.

At first I will draft the business process suiting our type of company and accordingly software engineer will customize the system, then I will make sure that this software is integrated to every system such as conference room so that nothing is left, employees must know what is going on and how to do it further, therefore, customize training program would be there before implementation and their doubts to be answer.

Consumer electronic companies always have the risk associated relating demand of its product and supply. To mitigate the risk involved, they prefer postponement strategy. Real world example of this Dell electronics. They have diversified and created different divisions to take care of each segment. Retail department and sales and production department. Since the company needs time to adapt to the market changes and alter their policies as per the changes and make alteration in product. When there is expectation of change that may take place, company opt for postponement strategy to save the inventory and wastage of resources in case wrong product is manufactured until there is specific demand of the same.
