Order Entry System - The Pizza Delivery Quickly should use traditional project management appproach and Linear PMLC model. It would support the routine business functions to support the store and factory operatons. Commercial Off the Shelf can be introduced also to make this project straightforward.
Order Submit - The agile product management approach and Iterative PMLC mdoels should be used here. As thi subsytem has complex design the logistics for making assognments to stores, factories or vans are not certain which does not extend into the functional requirement hence adaptive PMLC should not be necessary.
Logistic - It should use Extreme PMLC model. A holistice view of entire PDQ system neede to be provided by the Losgistic subsystem yet the goal is not much defined well. Scope need to be continually defined so that logistic can provide holistic view which will be neabled by extremen PMLC without too much distractions.
Routing - It should follow traditioanl project management and linear PMLC model. It will most likely involve GPS system in all delivery trucks and the system being very straightforward.
Inventory Management - The increemental PMLC model should be used here. This usbstutem just manages the inventory at all stores using defined business rules.The incremnet PMLC would make the firm get benefit of standing the system up sooner.
Pizza Factory Location - Agile project management and Adaptive PMLC should be used as teh goal of the subsytem is clearly defined to find pizza factory location however the solution is not obvious. The unknown extends all the way upto functionality and thats why adaptive is to be use than iterative PMLC model.
