Explanation / Answer

Yes, I possess the image of an entrepreneur that I wnat to become in the future although I am not sure of who I want to become but I want to be unique in whatever I plan to do. I want to be a successful leader directing my own organization towards success and creating a brand of it's own.

I am currently employed as a software engineer in a software product based organization and this is something that I have studied but I am not sure if this is my desired career path or not because although I like the job I am not sure if I would be working for an organization for long. In my job I like to take up new challenges and initiatives because that helps me grow as an individual and as a professional in the field. Coding has been passion for quite a long time from my school days and I am doing just that here in the organization, hence I like that part in my job and that is the thing that holds me here.

I have been employed in this organization for the last 4 years and this is my first job as well and I have achieved things as per my expectations in the organization although sustaining as a high performer is not a simple task because the level of competition is very high and employees need to have a competitive advantage in order to be successful as well.

I see myself as an individual consultant working for myself in the next 5 years so that I can gather knowledge regarding the industry more and be able to understand what it takes to be successful as an entrepreneur as well. In the next 10 years I would like to have an organization of my own be it small and a proper plan and idea that will drive the organization towards success. I want to achieve more and ensure that I employ people working in the organization and ensure that they are creative and innovative to add value to the organization. I want my organization listed in the stock exchange in the next 15 yeras and a big player in the field of industry it operates in.
