Considering all the five models of OB, we cant say a particular model is good, this is becauuse each of the models have their own advantages & drawbacks. but considering the above models, i would think Collegiate model is considered to be a better one than any other models because of the following reasons:
1) This kind of model creates a favorable environment in the organization as the workers feel that they are one of the partners of the organization.
2) Collegiate model also indicates the level of team spirit in the organization. it helps in making the employees self discipline because they are very well aware of their responsibilities & obligations.
3) It also helps the employees to achieve job satisfaction, commitment, involvement, some degree of fulfillment etc.
4) As the employees have a common purpose, it helps in achievingi individual goals which in turn can help in achieving organizational goals & thereby performance of the employees.
