My exemplar is my dad and simply he is my role model ever since I have had the virtue to think , know and understand. He has been the best of all traits to see and grow and the best real life manager handling all aspects single handedly.
Moral exemplars aims at integrating moral, professional attitudes and beliefs into basic identity. Going against these moral exemplars is equivalent to acting against self. Acting in accordance with them becomes a parallel nature.
