Explanation / Answer
Functional skills - I have been focusing on radio industry where I also did an internship.Definitely I have to upgrade my skills of understanding new technologies as well as implementing new managerial activities into the organisation without being necessarily learning I would not have been survived in this industry and the future would have also be affected if I did not have any kind of evolution over understanding of skills as well as new skill development.
Work content - having an understanding of creating reports as well as understanding the legal documentation would be my main approach for learning the skill of properly interpreting such a specific condition. This type of approach would enable me to understand it in a better way as well as to provide an extensive support to the overall understanding of the content as well as the legal documentation which is made for the organisation.
Adaptive Skills- learning about adoption from one post to another as well as having flexibility in operational capabilities from changing the departments would be my main focus of enhancing my skill set. This type of approach would enable me to understand the problems in a better way as well as to increase the chances of better creating an adaptive mindset for quickly learning new capabilities that could improve my efficiency by a huge margin and help me to maintain better serviceability in the organisation.
For developing these skills, working with the mentors in the organisation as well as learning from the seniors would be my main approach. The mentorship would definitely enable me to understand things in a better way as well as to provide better support to the overall learning structure and to improve learning skills and developing new skill set.
