My business plan is restaurant; I want to purchase different types of food varieties which can attract customers a lot, it is my dream to establish business in food industry, so I select it. In this business, we can attract people when we can prepare tasty and healthy food items.
In this ethics are very important because, this business very close to customers health and happiness. We should prepare items in good condition and use quality products, if we use expired and low quality items or if we do any mistake while preparing an item, it will impact on customers healthy, so we should follow ethics in this business.
In any business, we can face some problems even though we follow ethics, these situations or problems are unexpected and if any problem occur in my selected business, I will use two ADR types, those are
Negotiation ,in this type, two parties are negotiated to each other, if it is not possible and next type is Arbitration in this type, we can solve our problem by third party, I generally follow these methods to resolve disputes in my business
