As a teacher, working in Saint Joseph pre-university college, India, I find that the cultural values are cherished in this college. As an institution, the college promote integrity, fair treatment, equity, and continuous development. The principal is an effective leader who follow democratic style of leadership involves every staff members in decision making for development of the institution and with the interest of students and their requirements. Organisational structure is flat and flexible here, with effective communication flow and easy reporting as well as no rigidity. But, systematised schedule to complete the subjects. All the employees and staff members are effective and performing their duties without any conflicting situation. Being an effective leader, the principal always motivate every member and students to perform well. Every one cherish discipline and respect each other. The institution conduct social cause every year to plant 1000 trees in the city to promote environmental preservation and protection.

Staff members are recognised at every annual function with the token of love to appreciate their work and keep them motivated. The institution has a vision to be one of the best pre-university college in the entire Karnataka. And it's mission is to provide world-class education and to brighten the future of every student. It maintained its reputation in the public by providing world-class education to the students, without discrimination and minimum donation.
