a. There could be various jobs that may not require a person to create a team and work together. One of the jobs could be to evaluate the list of the items that are in demand in market currently and accordingly, stock the items to sell the same on on-line medium such as resorting to the online e-commerce portals like Amazon and eBay. This will ensure the running of a Business activity, without actually involving any teamwork.
Besides, one can also engage in an activity such as developing of a Software and then, selling of the same to various entities. This shall also not require a Team work, if one is efficient enough to develop software on one’s own. Further, it shall also ensure a good flow of income if the quality of the software so developed is high and relevant to the industry concerned with the same.
The other business that one can engage in, without involving any team or coworkers would be that of a Consulting Business. One shall not be required to report to anybody else but oneself and the clients would hire the Consultant based on the Consultant’s own merits and therefore, teamwork shall not be a mandatory requirement. However, if one is not comfortable to interact with clients or customers altogether, then the profession of writing or photography could also be a good career option that may not require team efforts.
Personally, since I have a knack for creative writing and photography, I shall combine by these two skills to capture through my lens the beauty of nature, etc. and based on various themes, creatively write descriptions and articles for those photography work. This form of art shall hence be highly appreciable and if undertaken on a serious note, then I could also be possibly hired by certain entity to work for them either on their payroll or as a freelancer. Either ways, I shall get an opportunity to explore by horizons on my own without letting myself entangled in the teamwork dynamics,thereby giving me personal space and freedom at the work front as well.
