The two different stakeholders are,

managerial stakeholders and the production stakeholders

both are individual and different as far as goals and objectives are concerned and one of them is actually part of the other process’s view as a stakeholder.

Production view refers to the supply and demand feature of a company. (deals with inflow and outflow of raw materials and/or merchandise).

A managerial view, on the other hand, would consist of the owners and employees of a company as well as the suppliers and the customer of the company.

Neither one is better than the other one. One looks oversupply and demand aspect of an organization and the other looks over the owners and employees along with the suppliers and customers.

Therefore, the managerial view of the organization has a larger scope than the production view does.

Explanation / Answer

Production view of the organisation is it definitely one of the broadest view as a stakeholder. Definitely provides an advantage for understanding the capabilities of the organisation regarding its overall production demand and actual market requirement. It provides additional support to the overall learning capabilities of organisation where understanding information regarding raw materials and other aspects of production can be highly beneficial.
Definitely managerial view has wider perspective of operational capabilities then production view. As it usually consists of owners and employees of a company as well as you also include supply and customer base which provides additional understanding of the market operations making it more influential then production view. Are we can see that the production view is a somewhere dependent on the managerial view of the organisation.
Both of the specific views have their own importance in organisation but managerial view does have a greater capability of accommodation operation for managerial views is relatively much bigger than other production view creating a great opportunity for working in it.
