Google's case aligns with the evolution of scientific management because the main objective of scientific management was enhancing the economic value of the organisation by encouraging labour productivity. Google's case also encourages regular training and mentoring of the employees by improving communication so that the organisation benefits and achieves the mission and vision of the organisation.
We can conclude that in order to improve the productivity and efficiency of the organisation managers need to show interest in well being of employees which would ultimately benefit the organisation.
